Shipping policy
Order Processing and Dispatch
All orders placed with Mru Beauty are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only, subject to courier company and post office norms.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery time depends on the PIN code at which the order is placed. In most cases, orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable locations may take longer.
Delivery Address
Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure your address, PIN code and contact number are complete and accurate, as we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
Order and delivery confirmations will be sent to the email ID specified by you at the time of registration or checkout.
Shipping Charges
Any shipping cost levied at the time of purchase is not refundable.
Delays in Delivery
Once a shipment has been handed over to the courier company or postal authority, delivery timelines are governed by their norms. Mru Beauty shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority, or for delays caused by incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, adverse weather, strikes or other events beyond our reasonable control.
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please write to us at mru@mrubeauty.com with your order number and we will follow up with the courier partner on your behalf.
